Pure Stagioni’s onion jam is a true delicacy crafted from the renowned red onions of Certaldo, Tuscany. This artisanal product is made with just three ingredients and no artificial preservatives. With 101 g of onions used for every 100 g of jam, its rich texture and deep, slightly sweet flavour are perfectly preserved.

Cooked gently with sugar and wine vinegar, this jam brings out the full spectrum of flavours from the onions. The light-protective jar maintains freshness and aroma, making it not only a gourmet delight but also a stylish gift. Ideal served with mature cheeses like pecorino or parmesan, or as an accompaniment to roasted and boiled meats.
