Pure Stagioni artisan jams are 100% natural, made following an exclusive family recipe in Florence, the capital of sunlit Tuscany. The Florentine company is still young, it was born in 2014 as a dream of Federico Marinelli but their recipes originate from old Tuscan traditions. All their products are made with extreme care, using natural ingredients from 100% tested sources.
Every 100 g finished product is made from 80 g-130 g fruit. One teaspoon of Pure Stagioni jam includes about twice as much fruit as any other similar product. Double the fruit, double the taste!
Every season has its special character that is noticeably present in the fruit, as well. That is the reason why Pure Stagioni Armonia jams are only made from two ingredients: fruit and natural extracts. The jams are made under high pressure and with low temperature to ensure the preservation of the valuable components and vibrant colour of the fruit. To preserve the quality of the natural ingredients they use top-notch technology, using packaging that is a delight for the eye. The particular packaging protects the contents from light and helps to preserve the freshness and aroma of the fruit. The elegant marmalade cans are perfect as a present; they are collectible and suitable for recycling.
The Pure Stagioni Armonia product range in our webshop is 100% natural. These jams are made without added sugar, artificial preservatives, pectin, colourings or other chemicals. 7 flavours are available: blueberry, fig, orange, red currant, apricot, strawberry and blackberry jam (45g and 200g).

The Red Onion Jam is in perfect harmony with cheese and boiled (red and white) meat. We recommend to use the Spicy Tomato Jam and Peach Spicy Jam for flavouring boiled and roast meat.
